GCU Day 2

After a long drive back from the safari we headed to Woodlands Primary School for the GCU but we also had a look in some of the classes to see what the children were up to as we arrived an hour before school finished. The kids were excited and happy to see us. When we walked past or into classrooms the children would scream and shout. It was really nice to see the kids were happy to see us. After school had ended for all grades we stayed behind for the GCU.

Again there was lots to offer like football, extreme skipping, baseball and dancing etc. I again decided to do football having in mind the two goals I scored the last time. Airlie lasted only the one game this time clearly showing he's better as a teacher than a footballer. I played 3 games and unfortunately couldn't score any even after many one on one chances.

Baseball was very intense. It was young vs the slightly older. The older managed to win after some impressing batting skills.

Skipping as it suggests was extreme and very intense with fast pace movement and lots of shapes to pull.

Overall all the GCU is a great and a clever way to keep the kids away from vandalism and crime while keeping the children entertained and keeping a smile on their faces.
