Table mountain. The view of it is brilliANT (inside joke) but the view from it is even better! It was a stunning day to go up, not a cloud in the sky, the ginger crew were therefore prepped and ready with their factor 50+ to beat the sun. We went up in the cable car, and took thousands of beautiful pictures at the top, we then walked for about a year to a point up the mountain that even mr mcGuck hadn't been before....considering he's been up table mountain 8 times, we have achieved the unachievable. We were sweating profusely after the trek and basically cleared the table mountain cafe out of water. After refreshing, we walked to the opposite side of the mountain to take more pictures, including the claw, the point and a failed jumping one.
After a look around the gift shop, we boarded air mcguckin and took off for the backpack. This is only day one, and all fifteen of us are genuinely lost for words trying to comprehend everything that Cape Town has to offer.
