The first few days were exiting because we were doing all of the tourists stuff and getting our first impressions of the the Beautiful city Of Cape Town. I think that most things have gone our way on this trip because we have got an amazing group and have amazing teachers who have come on this trip. Most things have gone our way as well.
I started to relies of what the slums were like when we did the langa township tour. We got to see what it is was like to live there and the horrible conditions. This was the first time started to relies what it was like in parts in Cape Town.
When we went to welcome primary school the greeting we got was absolutely amazing. Also when we went to the classes they were so enthusiastic to see us and to get on with there school work. I didn't realise how much out presence meant to the kids and how much of an impact we made to there life's
