Balwearie hits The Fat Cactus

The first meal we had was The Fat Cactus. When we arrived the place was absolutely mobbed but you could tell there was an amazing atmosphere. It was great! The fact that so many people from so many countries starting singing and shouting to so many songs we all know and love such as Living on a Prayer and Grease mega mix. McGuck recommended the fajitas which were absolutely amazing. It was a great first start to an amazing holiday so far.

The night was quite glamorous, girls in fancy dresses and the lads looking sharp as ever. The outfits were on point. The girls attempting poshness by ordering mocktails even though the majority were from b-land... Cali, Robyn and Eilidh branched out and were chatting up the local lads, while Tegan and Jodie just admired from a distance. Matt J, James and Benjamin thoroughly enjoyed their waffles. Nik and Matt G sat and ogled the local ladies. The teachers also seemed to be having fun, Miss Murray was in stitches at the waffle jokes and Miss Roslender attempted humour with some corny jokes (what do you call cheese that isn't yours?.... Nacho cheese...) and Mr Clunie was admired by some of the local lads who rendered him as a H.O.T. perfect 10.

Ben, Amy and Murray
