Whales

After unfortunately we had no appearances from any whales at Hermanus yesterday we didn't have high hopes. We were shattered in the back off the buses after a long, day which was full off way to much exercise for any 15/16 year old, we were attempting to get settled,  Mr McGuckin made his announcement to the fantastic passengers that there was a 'real whale an actual whale' which was repeated approximately 5 times. He slammed on the brakes and ran to see them playing about, Robo followed with the break slamming, and 20 off us ran across a road like headless chickens to watch two whales, the mother, Beonca and the daughter Shirley (Shoutouts go to Miss MacKay and Monty for the impressive, unique whale naming) we watched the whales playing about in the sea together, for about half an hour. They were jumping and spraying water about, looked like they were having such a good time, which ended our exhausting day with an amazing, exciting finish.
